Dinner is served ! - treat yourself this Easter Sunday @ moorhayes
On Sunday 4th April 2010 roast dinners are returning to Moorhayes Community Centre. On every first and third Sunday of the month, Moorhayes residents can pop in for a delicious one, two or three course Sunday dinner, beautifully prepared by professional caterers in our fully equipped kitchens. And don't forget we have a fully licences bar too!
The next 6 dates when dinners will be available are April 4th and 18th, May 2nd and 16th, and June 6th and 20th.
And at just £5.95 (one course) £7.95 (two courses) or £9.95 (three course) it is a bargain too!

Pitch suffers from mole activity.
Moles have been digging up the football pitch at Moorhayes, ruining the playing surface for Moors Youth Football teams who regularly use the pitch.

Tiverton Terriers make Moorhayes their home
The Tiverton ladies netball team, Tiverton Terriers, return to Moorhayes for training in April 2010. Sessions are held every Thursday between 7pm and 8.30pm and new members are always welcome.

Parent and toddler group marks 2nd birthday 
Mums, dads and grandparents are amongst those who helped celebrate 2 years of the weekly Parent and Toddler group at Moorhayes this month. Since 2007 they have been meeting every Wednesday between 10am and 12pm. Parents on the Moorhayes estate can bring their toddlers along for 2 hours of fun, friendship and relaxation for just a small charge to cover costs.

New picnic area added at Community Centre
Ideal for picnics and barbeques, Moorhayes has a new picnic area available free to users of the Centre from 2010.
Enclosed by fencing on three sides, the picnic area is ideal for letting toddlers and younger children play outside whilst parents are using the community centre.
The centre also has a gas fired barbeque available for hire at very low rates, so those wanting a barbeque for their childrens party can find everything they need at Moorhayes!
